Clarity of the Next Step
"If I encounter a new task for which I have no solution — that's a great place to be! It means I am alive and growing." This state visits me about every 2–3 days.
I believe all answers lie within us. The body and intuition are sufficient tools for maintaining daily clarity. Over time, I've developed a set of practices that help me return to myself and find the next step.
Daily Practices for Clarity
- Meditation for self-connection and integration (heart, intuition, mind, body)
- Tea ceremony — 20–40 min
- Voice connection exercises (from Sudhanshu Sharma) — 20 min
- Chakra cleansing and balancing — 10 min
- Aroma oil cleansing (Master Almine method) — 10 min
- Running — 40–60 min
- Yoga — 30–90 min
- Information detox (no phone or computer, at least one day a week)
- Cycling — 60–120 min
- Nature trips, sleeping outside the city
- Clean body: wholesome foods, no sugar/flour/starch/vinegar/cow milk, minimal meat, no alcohol, 2–3 liters of water daily
- Raising energy through travel, places of power, exhibitions, concerts, theatre, drawing, singing, dancing, sports
Clarity
When there is clarity, following your path is easy. The question is not "How to find a calling that earns money?" but rather "How to feel yourself and follow your inspiration?" Clarity leads to inspiration, ideas, and abundance — naturally. Fear and societal expectations must be set aside. The answers are already within you.
Inspiration and Solutions
Solutions often lie beyond the known, the understandable, the familiar. Enjoyment of life and flashes of insight — all exist in the present moment. The more we practice being present, the more clarity becomes our natural state.
Tea Ceremonies for Clarity
A year ago I began holding Tea Ceremonies for Clarity. My gift is seeing a person's potential, talents, broad perspective, opportunities, and solutions — as well as what blocks that potential from unfolding.
Results: return to oneself, harmonization, fresh ideas, clarity of the next step, returning to flow. Each ceremony lasts 45–60 minutes. Available at the Tea Club on Pechersk, at my home outside the city, or via Skype.
