Individual Support
Whenever I did this course, whether on my own or with other participants, I always had individual sessions to work deeply on my own blocks and patterns. Some of them were so deeply rooted that it was difficult for me to recognize them on my own.
If you also want to go deeper, I recommend adding individual support.
It includes 3 one-on-one sessions focused on working deeply through your personal blocks on the path to love, as well as personal support via text messages for 3 months.

My name is Anastasia Anderson, and I have been facilitating the "Love Navigator" program since 2016. I studied directly with Katherine Woodward Thomas.
This course was a turning point in my life in terms of the quality of my relationships with men. I wish I could have taken it back when I was in school. It is structured, simple, deep, and effective for those who want to master this mysterious subject — Love)).
In addition to this course, for the past 13 years I have been organizing retreats with world-class masters (yoga, Ayurveda, tantra, energy work), kite and yoga camps in different countries, creating soulful communities wherever I go, and helping people unlock their highest potential.
I also have 9 years of corporate and senior management experience in sales and marketing.
For the past 22 years, I have lived and worked in an international environment, traveled to 71 countries around the world, and absolutely love interesting people, personal growth, and that wonderful feeling when simply being is enough).
