And since 8 years I am an official partner of Shiva Ayurveda Group in Kerala, India.
The Ayurvedic centre we visit is truly special because of its leading doctor, Dr. Venu. He is one of the most respected Ayurveda doctors in India, with a deep healing presence and many years of experience. Beautiful transformations often happen around his work.
We invited Dr. Venu and his team to Ukraine twice to lead Ayurveda retreats, and people loved the experience so much that some of them even wrote him poems afterwards.
Twice a year, we organise groups to Kerala — in November and March.

The Program Includes
Airport Transfers
Meals
Three meals daily:
- two full meals
- one light serving of fruits and vegetables
Ayurveda Treatments
Up to 2-3 hours of Ayurveda treatments daily, depending on the day and your individual treatment plan.
Treatments may include:
- various Ayurvedic massages
- herbal bag therapy
- Shirodhara
- foot pressure massage
- additional treatments if needed
Doctor Consultations
Personal consultations with the Ayurveda doctor are included.
Herbal Supplements
Ayurvedic herbs are included during the program.
Program Management
The program is managed by Dr. Venu, who has over 20 years of experience in Ayurveda and Panchakarma programs.
Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are included when the treatment schedule allows. Usually, this is around 1 hour per day.
Additional costs: flight to Trivandrum Airport, visa (€85 / €100 / €140 for 1 month / 1 year / 5 years — can be arranged by us), and translation support if needed, in case you do not speak English (€200 for the full period).

Attukal Temple
Attukal Temple is one of the most famous temples in Kerala and is strongly connected with Goddess Devi. It is known for one of the world's largest women's spiritual gatherings.
The World's Tallest Shiva Linga, Parashala, Kerala
This unique Shiva Linga is considered a powerful spiritual place. Inside the Linga, it is believed that visitors can experience the seven chakras of human body.
Many people describe the visit as a magical and transformative journey — a connection with deep spiritual energy, divine presence, and a more profound understanding of the human energy system.
Poovar Backwaters
Poovar Backwaters is one of the most beautiful and interesting backwater areas in Kerala, where the sea and river meet.
A one-hour boat journey takes you deep into the diversity of Kerala's nature, forests, water landscapes, and wildlife.

About Dr. Venu: BAMS, MD
Specialist in Ayurveda, Panchakarma, skin disorders and musculoskeletal diseases.
Dr. Venu is a respected traditional Ayurveda doctor from Kerala, India, with over 20 years of experience. He comes from a family with more than 100 years of Ayurvedic healing tradition and learned the ancient medical system from his father, Dr. N. Sasikumar, a renowned Ayurveda physician.
He completed his Bachelor's Degree at MGR Medical University and his Master's Degree in Ayurveda at Rajiv Gandhi Medical University.
Dr. Venu has developed his own holistic approach, combining Ayurveda, Panchakarma, Marma Therapy, Psychiatry and Energy Therapy. His work supports the body, mind and nervous system, helping people restore balance, vitality and inner strength.
He has conducted Ayurveda retreats, medical camps, lectures and trainings in India, Ukraine, England, Denmark, Estonia, Russia, Bulgaria, Poland and other countries.
During the retreat, the program is personally guided by Dr. Venu and his team.
